Lesson Structure
Usually 30 minutes, sometimes longer
Rookies lessons are a mixture of wet training (swimming and rescue skills) and dry training (first aid and water safety). The lessons will usually start with dry practice and then move on to wet although this is not necessarily always true.

Please ensure if you are enrolling into lessons to follow the rookie syllabus your swimmers come equipped with lightweight clothing they can wear in the pool as swimming in clothes is a key part of the program.

If you would like to enrol please pop us an email so we can find the best time to suit the space needed for the lessons.
