Shelley has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years.
Her journey began with a gym instructor certification, and on the gym floor she discovered a love of introducing people to fitness. She has since furthered her development by gaining:

WHAT SHE DOES BEST
SWIMMING
Shelley's first love is swimming. She delivers a range of lessons from 4 months old through to no upper limit. She adapts her teaching to suit all needs, from taking young non swimmers through to club level, giving adults the necessary tools to enjoy the water when away on holiday and working with triathletes to improve their technique to get their swim times down.

INTRODUCTION TO FITNESS
First and foremost her passion is working with people who have not yet learned to love exercise and feel there may be barriers to their participation. She is interested in working on creating new, positive associations with exercise and finding people a way to get fit that they will love.

ATHLETE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
On the athlete development side of training, her extensive knowledge of physiology and biomechanics, as well as a background in sports participation and coaching - in particular swimming and field hockey- makes her uniquely placed to create highly effective bespoke Strength and Conditioning training programs for both clubs and individual athletes.

With over 18 years experience within the the fitness industry, Wayne has both tried himself and trained clients using a huge variety of different training methods. He believes there is no "one size fits all" plan and is passionate about working one to one with individuals to create bespoke plans. He lives by the mantra 'hard work gets results' and if you stick to his plan you could see results you would previously only ever have dreamed of.

Working with your friends or in groups has the potential to make anything more enjoyable when it is delivered in the right way. An expert in delivering differentiated group exercise classes Wayne will ensure every participant gets a full and challenging workout, whether you are a seasoned pro or a total fitness newbie.

BOXING AND KICKBOXING
You will often see Wayne in the gym working 1:1 on the pads with his clients. He is an excellent boxercise and kickboxercise coach with many years experience. He won't just get you hitting the pads for the sake of it, when you train with Wayne you can guarantee you will come away with not only a good knowledge of how to throw punches and kicks safely and effectively but also how to build combinations...and get your footwork right while you do it!
